This handmade, one of a kind necklace features an artisan sterling silver reproduction of a very old, medieval Middle Eastern coin (23mm), circa 800-1100 ad on a handmade chain of Natural Black Spinel 5mm star cut rounds, hand wrapped in sterling silver wire and is finished with a hand forged sterling silver front-facing bail and hook clasp with an artisan sterling silver cross charm.
