This handmade, one of a kind necklace features an artisan bronze 24x25mm heart pendant, paired with an artisan sterling silver heart charm and Freshwater Pearl charm on a handmade chain of vintage white 5mm Freshwater Pearls, hand wrapped in 14k gold filled wire and is finished with a front facing hand forged 14k gold filled hook clasp.
